Atos Care UK have been recognised as one of the best customer care teams in Europe

It was a night of glitz and glamour for the Atos Care UK Customer Care team who recently attended the ECCCSA Awards in London and came home with the Silver Award for Best Customer Service Team (Small).

225 companies from 36 countries attended as finalists for their categories, with Atos nominated as one of eight finalists up against the likes of Harley Davidson, Mastercard and Severn Trent for the ‘Best Customer Service Team’ category.

The Customer Service team pride themselves on putting the customers’ needs first, making sure they do the best job for their patients, and working together as one team.

The staff are incredibly dedicated to their roles and invest their time and resources in making every patient feel at ease and more comfortable about living with their condition.
